"Mary Lingren Dies; Rites Slated Monday"
Mrs. Mary E. Lingren, Adair, died Thursday afternoon in a Pryor hospital at the age of 90. She was born March 15, 1874, in Illinois, and moved to the Adair vicinity with her parents in 1887.

Mrs. Lingren was a member of the Church of Christ, Adair. She was the widow of the late John Lingren.

Survivors include a son[sic], Pete Lingren, Route 3, Chelsea; one brother, Jim Proffitt, Pryor; and six grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at the South Branch Church of Christ, west of Adair, with Mr. Spears and Mr. Mansur officiating.
Note: Interment will be in the Old Adair cemetery, west of Adair, under the direction of the Green Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Mary E. Lingren, 90, of Adair, were conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at the South Branch Church of Christ, west of Adair.

Mrs. Lingren died Friday in a Pryor hospital.

She was born March 15, 1874 in Illinois and in 1876 moved to Harrison County, Missouri. She moved near Adair in 1887 where she lived the remainder of her lifetime.

She was a member of the Church of Christ, Adair. Her husband, John Lingren, preceded her in death.

Survivors include on son, Pete, Route 3, Chelsea; one brother, Jim Proffitt, Pryor; and six grandchildren.

Interment was in the Old Adair cemetery under the direction of Green funeral home.
