Couple to Note 65th Anniversary CROSS PLAINS - Mr. and Mrs. Herman Buttchen, Cross Plains, will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary Oct. 5 at 8 a.m. with' a Mass of Thanksgiving at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. A dinner will be served for the immediate family at the couple's home. An open house for relatives, friends and neighbors will be held from 2 to p.m. No formal invitations are being sent. The couple has two daughters, Mrs. Herman Miller, Waunakee,and Mrs.William Miller, 1718 Schlimgen Ave Madison, and two sons, Elmer, Brooklyn, and Leon, Black Earth; 21 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren
