She was born June 9, 1915, to Louis and Anna (Jerman) Fink Sr. in Ely.
She attended the Ely Schools. Rose married Oliver O'Rourke in Detroit, MI. While in Michigan she worked at Packard, Zenith Carburetor and as a nurses aide at the hospital. Rose enjoyed playing the organ and entertaining people with her trained bird, Budgie. Rose was a sweet, fun loving person who made friends wherever she went.
She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by three sisters, Betty Patton, Dorothy (William) Gerhardt, and Molly (Stafford) Korpi; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Oliver, in 1979; three brothers, Louis, Fred and Victor; four sisters, Ann, Katie, Marion Fink and Amelia Skubitz; a sister-in-law, Theresa Fink; and a brother-in-law, Stan Skubitz.
Inurnment will be in the Ely Cemetery.
