A.D. Hardy, age 100, of Fayetteville died January 9, 2004. He was a retired accountant with Georgia Power with 39 years of service, and was a member of the Fayetteville First United Methodist Church. He was predeceased by a granddaughter, Patricia Worth. Survived by his daughters, Anne Copen of Tyrone, Pat Starr of Orlando, FL; brother, Paul Hardy of Rome; sisters, Aleene Ragan of Albany, Alenia Holt of Woodstock; 3 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services Monday Jan. 12 at 11 AM in the chapel of Carmichael-Hemperley with Rev. Dan Rice officiating. Interment Westview Cemetery.
