Hestella "Estelle" Collins Todd, 87 years of age, of Somerset, Kentucky departed this life on Wednesday, December 21st, 2011 at Somerwoods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born February 10th, 1926 in Somerset, Kentucky, daughter of the late Millard Bell Collins and Hattie Keith Collins. Estelle was a member of Ringgold Baptist Church.
Estelle was survived by one daughter, Sharon Kaye Todd of Somerset, Kentucky; two sons, Gary Lee (and Debra) Todd and Larry G. (and Kimberly) Todd, both of Somerset, Kentucky; seven grandchildren, Joshua and Stephanie Todd, Jessica, Jason and Justin Todd, Cristy Todd and Brandon Todd; three great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Gabriella and Koby. two sisters, Hilda Laye of Cincinnati, Ohio and Mae Farmer of Somerset, Kentucky; and a host of other family and friends who mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carvell Lee Todd her parents, Millard Bell Collins and Hattie Keith Collins; one daughter, Brenda Sue Puckett; three sisters, Helen Gregory, Hazel Tower and Hester Crouch; and three brothers, Herbert Collins, Howard Collins and Hilard Collins.
Visitations were held on Thursday, December 22nd, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Somerset Undertaking Company & Crematory in Somerset, Kentucky.
Funeral services were held on Thursday, December 22nd, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Somerset Undertaking Company & Crematory with Bro. Jerry Burnett officiating.
Interment followed in the Ringgold Cemetery in Pulaski County, Kentucky.
