Laura Alice Green Hamrick, 88, of Mableton died April 11, 2008. Services were held at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home in Marietta. Burial was in Kennesaw Memorial Park.
Mrs. Hamrick was involved in the Fielding Lewis Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Kennesaw Chapter of United Daughters of the Confederacy, Smyrna Social Club, Magna Charta Dames, Colonial Dames, Huguenot Society and the Washington Family Descendants. She was a member of Roswell Street Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughters Claudia Adams of Marietta and Ellen Cambron of Jasper; her sister Sara G. Ferrar of Millegeville; four grandchildren; and nephews and nieces.
