ALTONA-Lottie M. Patnode, 97, of Altona, died Tuesday, March 25, 2003, at the National Health Center in Clinton, S.C.

She was born in Ellenburg Depot on Feb. 6, 1906, the daughter of Henry and Melinda (LaBarge) Rollo.

She was a member of Holy Angels Church and was a former member of the Holy Angels Altar-Rosary Society.

She is survived by four grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Her husband, William Patnode died in 1981. A daughter, Veronica Trombley died in 1989. Three sisters and two brothers also died earlier.

Calling hours will be held on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the E.F. Drown Funeral Service in Ellenburg Depot. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Saturday from Holy Angels Church in Altona. Interment will be in the parish cemetery in the spring.
