Edna was 101 when she passed away in a Provo rest home of natural causes.
Born to Edwin R. and Elizabeth Williams Hardy in Toquerville, UT.
She married Franklin Palmer Bringhurst on September 10, 1902 in the St. George L.D.S. Temple. He died April 7, 1961.
She was an active member of the LDS Church.
In her late teens, she was honored in the July Pioneer Parade as she reigned as Queen of Utah.
Noted for her handmade block quilts and she always had a keen mind. At 93 she was still reciting poetry.
