Lina May was the tenth child born to Frederick Richard Blenkarn and Mary Ann Fanny Ingram. She was a nurse and took care of her mother for several years before Fanny's death. After the war she moved to Toronto and kept house for her brother Leonard "Leo" until his death in 1943. Later she moved to Detroit and kept house for her brother George for ten years after his wife Deana died in 1945. She then returned to Toronto where she spent her last years in an apartment, where she was very active in Red Cross work. She died at a meeting at Red Cross House. Apparently she was so busy caring for others that she never got married. She had no children.
