He is the son of Mr. & Mrs. Jardine of East Brady, Pennsylvania, and the husband of Mrs. Etole (Redfield) Jardine of East Brady, and they were married there in 1918, and she died in Peoria in 1957.
Mr. Jardine comes from a family of ten children, and the one that survives is Ross Jardine of Clarion, Pa., and he leaves one son, Carl Jardine of Los Angeles, California.
Mr. Robert Jardine founded Swan Lake Cemetery in North Peoria in early 1945, and sold it to Memorial Gardens Association, Inc.
