Frank Simpson Leake Jr., of Fountain Inn, died at his home February 13, 2007. He was born October 11, 1921, the son of Frank Simpson Leake Sr. and Allene Culbertson Leake.

He graduated from Simpsonville High School and Clemson College, with a B.S. degree in dairying. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II.

For many years, he and his father owned and operated Leake Brothers Dairy in Greenville, S.C. Frank was a Paul Harris Fellow, Fountain Inn Rotary Club. He was a past member of the Greenville County library board of directors and former trustee of Hopewell Methodist Church. He was a lifetime member of Unity Baptist Church, Fairview Road, Simpsonville, S.C., where he was a former deacon, song director, and treasurer.

Surviving are his wife of sixty years, June Harrison Leake of the home; a son, Michael Leake, and his wife, Carol, of Simpsonville; a daughter, Rita Leake of Fountain Inn; and four grandchildren, Sam and Mitch Leake and Allene (Alle) and Ryan Maser.
