Vic, as he was called, was born in Dobrinka, Russia on Sept. 28, 1903, to George Adam and Marie Elizabeth (Wunsch) Graff and came to America with his family in 1912 where he later became a citizen on March 17, 1941.
He married Hanna Hill in Denver on July 20, 1931 and the couple lived in Fort Collins and Greeley before moving to Littleton in 1946. They would raise three children. Their only son Robert Lee Graff, died in 1946 at the young age of 14.
Vic loved his family and friends and could be found playing cards or fishing.
