Okey A. Rader Funeral Friday

Funeral services for Okey A. Rader, 57, of 409 58th St. Vienna, who died Tuesday evening in Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital following an extended illnes, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday at the Vienna Baptist Churh.

The Rev. S. Ward Robinson will officiate with burial to be in Arlington Memorial Gardens.

Born in Wirt County, He was a resident of Vienna for the last 47 years, he was a former Vienna Volunteer Fire Chief and was employed at the Union Carbide Plant at Riverview as a fire marshall. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.

Mr. Rader was a member of the Vienna Baptist Church.

Survivors include his widow Mary Ward Rader; three sons, Ronald A., Neil and Warren Rader all of Vienna; one daughter, Mrs. Cathy Gault of Parkersburg; one sister, Mrs. Sylvia Dowler of Vienna; three grandchildren and two nieces.

Freinds may call at the Franklin and Son Memorial Chapel until 9:00 a.m. Friday when the body will be taken to the church to lie in state.

Pallbearers will be members of the Vienna Volunteer Fire Dept.
