Mary J. Fullerton, 67, of Rock Island, died Tuesday, May 4, 2004, at her home, after a courageous battle will chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Interment in Davenport Memorial Park.
Mary was born Sept. 19, 1936, in Wabash, Ind., daughter of William and Mildred Shawman Whiteside. She married Larry Fullerton April 22, 1954, in Milan.
Along with being a homemaker, she loved bingo and crafts.
Mary is survived by her husband, Larry; daughter, Phyllis Jones, Davenport; granddaughters, Heather Lawton and Jenny Torres, both of Davenport; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Betty Warren, McChesney Park, Doris Wynn and Charlotte Kendall, both of Rockford. She was preceded in death by her parents.
