Gladys Carter 101 of Guymon died Saturday November 26, 2011.
Services will be at 2 PM Wednesday in First Christian Church with the Rev David Stevens pastor officiating. Burial will follow in Elmhurst Cemetery.
Mrs. Carter married Olin Carter in 1929 in Taloga, Oklahoma. She was a longtime member of Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and a willing worker for Loaves and Fishes Food Cupboard.
Survivors include a daughter Bethine Haynes of Guymon; two sons Gene H. Carter and Jimmie L. Carter both of Guymon; a sister LaVerne Myrick of Harlingen, Texas; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
