Lebanon, Aug. 12. -- Barbara Allwein, 2 1/2 - year - old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raphael Allwein, was killed instantly yesterday in front of her home when she darted in the path of a heavily loaded coal truck. Dr. William Brubaker, coroner, exonerated the driver.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. for Barbara M. Allwein, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raphael E. Allwein, 18 Moravian Street, from the Thompson Funeral Home, The Very Rev. John J. Lawley, pastor of St. Mary's Church, officiated.

Barbara M. Allwein was killed at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday when she ran into a coal truck.

Interment in the Holy Cross Cemetery followed the service.

The following served as pallbearers: George Carpenter, Theodore Allwein, Andrew Allwein and Moses Arnold.

P. H. Thompson's Sons were in charge of the funeral arrangements.
