Zeltha A. (Auntie) John died January 24, 1993 in Salt Lake City, at age 86.

Born July 2, 1906 in Hyde Park, Utah, to Hyrum Clark and Hester Saunders Ames. Married William E. John April 6, 1928 in Pocatello, Idaho; he preceded her in death March 20, 1981. She was a devoted worker for St. Marks Hospital, housekeeping department for 10 years.

Survived by niece, Linda Sizemore; brothers and sisters, Jeanett John, Arnold, Russell, Marion, Oren, Albert, Hyrum Ames; Mary Adams, and Thelma Walker. Also numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 28, at 2 p.m., at Redwood Memorial Estates, 6500 South Redwood Road. Friends may call Wednesday evening 6-8 p.m. at Deseret Mortuary, 36 East 700 South, and one hour prior at Redwood. Interment, Redwood Mem. Estates.
