Mary Louise Furrer, 84, of Springfield died Monday, Nov. 11, 2002, at Memorial Medical Center. She was born Nov. 8, 1918, in Mason City, the daughter of Frank and Grace Hubbard Brooks. She married Cecil Furrer in 1943 in Norfolk, Va.
Mrs. Furrer was a secretary for Mossville and Danville schools. She was a member of General Grand Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star and Beta Sigma Phi sorority.
Survivors: husband, Cecil; a sister, Mildred (husband, Bob) Morrow of Stuart, Fla.; and 19 nieces and nephews.
Cremation rites accorded. Services: Bisch Funeral Home West, the Rev. Dr. Charles Banning officiating.
