Nicknamed "Chula" Helen graduated from Lourdes Catholic High School in Cleveland. Wanted to be a sportswriter but women couldn't get those jobs in the 1920's. Active with her family in Cleveland politics and the Irish social organizations. Became a court referee and bailiff in the Cleveland Courts. Passed away in 1964 of complications of a stroke. She never married or had children. Like her mother, she could get things done when needed. A good person to have as a friend as she had many friends herself in high places.
