Dolinar of Heber City, Utah, one step-daughter, Robin Fitzgerald of Kamas, Utah, two brothers; Randy Simkins and Jim Simkins, both of Springville, Utah; one sister-in-law, Mitzi Obenaus of San Jose, California; one brother-in-law, Richard Dolinar of American Fork, Utah.

Burial was October 22, 1996.
