Mrs. Keverline, 92, Dies At Residence
Mrs. Elnora M. Keverline, 92, of 953 Grandview Road, widow of John R. Keverline, died in her home Monday afternoon, following an extended illness. Born May 12, 1881, at Goodman's Corners, she was a daughter of William O. and Elizabeth Kulp Goodman. She had lived in the Oil City area for the past 60 years, moving here from Venus.
She was married July 4, 1902, to John R. Keverline, who died March 13 (10), 1953. Mrs. Keverline was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church, the Alpha Delta Class of the Sunday school and the Calvary United Methodist Women, formerly the WSCS.
She is survived by two daughters, Hazel Keverline, who is associated with Steere Dairy and with whom Mrs. Keverline made her home, and Mrs. Mabel A. Sanford of Erie; two sisters, Mrs. Sylvia Karns of Oil City and Mrs. Enza Mong of Franklin; three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Three sisters and two brothers are deceased.
Removal was made to the Louis H. Osenider Funeral Home, where friends may call any time after 7 pm today... Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Thursday in the funeral home with Rev. Paul Smith, pastor of the Calvary United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens.
