Mary Lewis
ATKINSON - Services for Mary Lewis, 83, Emmet, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Seger Funeral Home. The Rev. Robert Bruinooge will officiate with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, where there will be an 8 p.m. prayer service. She was born Jan. 21, 1898, at Emmet, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter J. Claussen, and died Saturday at the O'Neill hospital. Her husband, George Lewis, died in 1954. Surviving are a brother Otto of California; two sisters-in-law, Cora Kuhn and Ruth Claussen, both of O'Neill; a great-nephew, Ed Ethington of Atkinson. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and six brothers.
