James Leroy Clemmons, Sr., age 68, of Winnabow, NC, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2011, at his residence.
He was born in Brunswick County on October 27, 1943, the son of the late, William Clemmons and Maggie Robinson Clemmons.
Surviving are three sons, James Leroy Clemmons Jr. of the home, Lavelle Clemmons and wife, Lisa of Bolivia, NC and David Clemmons and wife, Sara of Winnabow, NC; a daughter, Fallon Clemmons also of Winnabow, NC; three grandchildren, Alex Michael Godwin, Savannah Clemmons and Haley Clemmons; four brothers Billy Clemmons and wife, Mary, Charles Clemmons and wife, Shirley, Jerry Clemmons and Grover Ray Clemmons; two sisters, Linda Hardwick and Judy Dudley and husband Kent; several nieces and nephews
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday November 18, 2011, at Supply Baptist Church with Revered Bill McNeil officiating.
Interment will follow in the Galloway Cemetery Supply, NC
