Mrs. Elsie M. Royer, 66, wife of Samuel Royer, died at 1:30 a. m. Wednesday at the Home hospital, Lafayette, where she was admitted Tuesday. She was born in Montgomery county, Indiana, and married Mr. Royer in 1901. She was a member of Battle Ground chapter, O. E. S., and the Conroe U. B. church. Survivors are the husband; a son, Ned; two daughters, Mrs. Robert Dawkins and Mrs. Stanley Jones; two brothers, Ernest and Thomas Conarroe, and two sisters, Mrs. Florence Martin and Mrs. Bertha Cornell.

The Royer home is west of Mulberry on state road 38, on what is known as Powers Hill.

Funeral services will be at the Dayton Methodist church at 2 p. m. Saturday.
