Mrs. Olive E. Boots, 66. of 49A St., Niagara Falls, died Monday (Dec. 4, 1961) at Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
A native of Gasport, she was born April 13, 1895, the daughter of George A. and Elizabeth Wadsley Chase.
Mrs. Boots lived and worked In this area for many years as a waitress and cook in various restaurants. In 1954, she married John W. Boots and moved to Niagara Falls.
Besides her husband, she Is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Eleanor Shields of Lockport; three sons, Norman Gurnett of Florida; Everett Gurnett of Lockport; and George W. Gurnett of Seattle, Wash.; her father, George A. Chase of Lockport; three sisters,
Mrs. Earl Chaplin and Mrs. Archie Browne!I, both of Gasport; and Mrs. M. B. Newman of Homestead, Fla.; a brother, Earle A. Chase of Lockport; 10 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the Lange Funeral Home, 188 East Ave., where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday. The family will be present from 2:30 to 4:30 and from 7 to 9 p.m.
Burial will be in Hartland Central Cemetery.
