Billie Joe, 65, Celina, died at 5:15 p.m., at the Laurels of Shane Hill, where he had been a patient for three weeks.

He was a son to William Rufus Taylor and Alice Alma (Rose) Taylor. His mother survived him.

Also surviving were a daughter, Allison Sue Taylor, Clearwater, FL; four brothers, Jerry (Donna), Dayton, KY, John, Greeneville, TN, and Elden (Kendra) and Frank (Marsha), all Van Wert; and a sister, Nancy Taylor Wilson, Florence, KY.

Deceased are two brothers, James Edgar and Rusty; and a sister, Mary Taylor Francis.

He was the owner and operator of M&S Dry Cleaning, Celina, for many years. He was a member of Free & Accepted Masons, Shanes Lodge 377, Rockford, and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713, American Legion Post 210 and Benvolent & Protective Order of Elks Lodge 2170, all of Celina.

Services were at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, with the Rev. Robert Loar officiating.
