Boyce Wilburn Crowe
Mr. Boyce Wilburn Crowe 93, Killen passed away Sunday, Nov 18 2001 after an extended illness at his home.
Mr. Crowe was retired from TVA. He was a member of the United Methodist Church of Killen.
He was also a 32KCCH of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry in Nashville, TN, and the Alhambra Temple of Chattanooga, TN. He was a member of the Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons in Jasper, Tn.
Mr. Crowe is preceded in death by his wife Allie Lorena Crowe.
The funeral service will be at 2 pm Wednesday, Nov. 21, at United Methodist Church in Killen. He will lie in state one hour before the service.
Officiating the service will be Brother Al Geise and Bro Jim Webster. Burial will be in Killen Cemetery. The family will receive friends this evening from 5-9 at Elkins East Chapel in Center Star.
Mr. Crowe is survived by his son James C. Crow and wife Thelma of New Boston, TX, daughter Patrica A. Saylors of Murray, KY, grandchildren Karen Lamb, and husband Kevin of Murry KY, Julie Saylors of Peoria, Il, Jeff Crow of New Boston, TX, Linda Thomson and husband Vic, of Sulfur Springs, TX, 7 great-grandchildren, brothers Howard Crow of Killen, Leslie Crow and wife Virginia of Carrolton, Ga, sisters Ellen Burns and Princess Roberts of Killen.
Pallbearers will be Jeff Crow, Kevin Lamb, Wayne Butler, Ronald Pettus, Roger Hamner, and Vic Thompson.
Honorary pallbearers will be Tula Dial, Virginia Walden, Doris and Elvin Jackson, Bill and Nell Adomyet, Price Fry, David Burns, and Delphine Shannon.
