Elizabeth's first marriage was to Thomas Upson, January 23, 1646 in Connecticut.
After Thomas Upson's death, she married Edmund Scott Sr.

Elizabeth is not of the Mayflower, Fuller's.

Suggested edit: The Elizabeth Fuller who married Thomas Upson in Hartford, Conn in 1647 was not of the Fuller family of Plymouth Colony. Elizabeth, daughter of Matthew, is clearly identified in Matthew's 1678 will at Barnstable as the wife of Moses Rowley, then residing in adjoining Falmouth, Mass.

This is not a true or proven statement....Possible daughter of Capt. Matthew & Frances Fuller. Married Moses Rowley 22 Apr 1652 in East Haddeam, Middlesex, CT. She seems to have died after 13 May 1714 in East Haddam.Elizabeth Fuller, dau. of Matthew Fuller, born on an unknown date in England, died after 7 March 1714/15 in East Haddam or alternately in adjoining Colchester, Conn. She married 22 April 1652 of record in Barnstable, Mass. , Moses Rowley. Ten known children, seven who appear of birth record in the Barnstable town vital records. However, the youngest children may have been born in adjoining Falmouth, which due to a lack of a sufficient number of families to warrant a separate town church, was by court order from 1662 until 1685 attached to Barnstable for vital and other record keeping.
