Bell, 80, of Naples, Fla., died Thursday, Nov. 14, 1996, in his residence.
He was a former resident of Alexandria and a native of Atlanta. He was a captain with the Alexandria Fire Department for 28 years, a member of American Legion Post No. 0003, and a medic in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Survivors include two daughters, Judy Broxson and Joy Bell Webb, both of Naples, Fla.; two sons, Felix A. Bell Jr. of Metarie [sic Metairie]; and Stephen G. Bell of Ft. Meyer, Fla.; one brother, Fred Bell of Alexandria; one sister, Ione Oaks [missing].
