Christina was born in Sweden in July 1852. She married Edvin Anderson in 1877. They were the parents of four children and only one, Swen A. their son, who was born in March 1884, has come with them to America. Christina and Swen came to the US in 1899 some fifteen years after Edvin first arrived in America. They are farmers in Viding Township of Clay County, MN. Their neighbors are the John Christensons and the Jens Reppens. Edvin died at the age of 53 and left Christina a widow at the age of 50 years old. Christina passed away 23 Oct 1919 at the age of 67 years.
