FORMER PORT ANGELES GIRL PASSES AWAY
Mrs A. B. Archibald, formerly Miss Myrtle Madison, of Port Angeles, died in Los Angeles last Thursday, Dec 12 at the age 40 years. The body has been shipped here and funeral services will be held from the pariors of Dewey Byden Company funeral directors tomorrow afternoon at 2:00 o'clock. Rev. F. C. Stannard of the Baptist Church will officiate and burial will be in Ocean View Cemetery.
The late Mrs. Archibald was born at Port Crescent, Wash. Nov. 27, 1889. The family soon afterwards moved to this city where the deceased attended the grade and high school. After leaving here, Mrs. Archibald graduated from the Wilson Business College in Bellingham.
The wedding of Mrs. Archibald was in Seattle Nov 9, 1919. There is one son Jack who with the husband survives. Other surviving relatives are her mother Mrs. Mary Madison, Port Angeles, a brother Warren Madison, Port Angeles, and another Roy Madison of Portland, Ore..
many people who have lived here a number of years remember Mrs. Archiball durning their school days here.
