MARION, Ky. Services for Rachel Mae Alexander, 64, of Marion Rt. 9, will be at 2 p.m. today at Gilbert Funeral Home. The Rev. Gerald Deliles and the Rev. Loyd Harris will officiate. Burial will be in Mapleview Cemetery.
Mrs. Alexander escaped injury in a one-car accident Thursday morning on U.S. 60 near Smithland, but collapsed and died while trying to get out of her overturned car. Mrs. Alexander was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, the Rev. Herbert Alexander; two sons, Larry Alexander and Tony Alexander, both of Marion; a sister, Naomi Belt of Marion, and four grandchildren.
