Adam Kitzmiller was the son of John Jacob and Rachael Kitzmiller. Adam married Mary Ann Butts in Gettysburg ,Pa. in 1839.Moved to Mansfield ,Ohio 1844, to Rome ,Richland County, Ohio in 1846. Then he moved his family to Williams County ,Ohio of unimproved land and bought 40 acres which is now Stryker ,Ohio.He and his wife were the parents of 14 childen.
