Death Comes at 87 to Mrs. Doran
Mrs. Mary Doran 87, of 642 West Second Street died at St. Joseph Hospital at about 10 a.m. today.
She is survived by a son John of Ottumwa, and two daughters; Mrs. Isabelle Ramey of Davenport, and Mrs. Margaret Loudergan of Los Angeles.
Mrs. Doran was a member of St. Marys parish, and the Alter and Rosary Society.
Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Doran 87, of 843 West Second Street, who died Saturday morning at the St. Joseph Hospital will be held Thursday at 8:30 a.m at the Traul Funeral Home, and 9 a.m. at St. Marys Catholic Church where a solem requeim mass will be celebrated by the Rev. J.M. Walsh. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be four grandsons; Robert Browning, Hugh Doran, Max Ramey, and Jack Ramey; and David Cochran and John Link.
Mrs. Doran was born Feb. 2, 1861 at Mollen Mour, County Donegal, Ireland.
She was preceded in death by her husband Patrick, and three children.
Members of the St. Marys Parish, and Alter and Rosary Society will meet at 10 O'Clock tonight at the Traul Funeral Home to recite the rosary.
