Cape Charles - A funeral service for Mrs. Beulah Burton Collins, 60, wife of Sanford E. Collins who died las Friday in her home on Madison Ave., was conducted Sunday in the Fox and Scott Funeral Home.
The Rev. A. R. Turner of Trinity Methodist Church officiated. Interment was in Cape Charles Cemetery.
Mrs. Collins had been ill for several years.
A native of Deal Island, Mrs. Collins was the daughter of the late John and Effie Jone Burton. She has made her home in Cape Charles for the past 16 years. She was a member of Trinity Methodist Church and a past worthy matron of Northampton Chapter No. 2 Order of the Eastern Star.
Surviving are her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Arthur
S. Tyndall; thrre granddaughters, Mrs. Paul Banks Brownley, and the Misses Sandra and Alva Jean Tyndall, of Cape Charles; and a number of nieces and nephews.
