Samuel Beal, one of our much respected citizens, died Wednesday morning February 17, 1892, in the 67th year of his age. Deceased was the father of eleven children. Besides his wife seven children are still living to mourn their loss.
Mr. Beal was known to the community as a hard working, truthful and industrious man and was exceptionally noted for his hospitality. His many friends were always made welcome at his home. He was a member of the Disciple church.
The funeral services were conducted by Rev. Allison Hunter. Interment in Grace Cemetery near Searights.
