Born June 5, 1886, in Somers Twp, he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Bradley. He received his education at Herzog School, the College of Commerce and was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin farm course in 1908. He was engaged in farming throughtout his life, im Somers and Highway 38 in Caledonia Twp.
Mr. Bradley married Miss Jeannette Holloway, Dec. 28 1911, and she preceded him in death, Oct. 28, 1965.
He was a member of the Plymouth Congregational Church, Racine and a member of the church choir for 40 years. He was a director of the Elkhorn Production Credit Association, director of the Caledonia Mutual Fire Insurance Comapny, a member of the Somers Board Sanitary District and the Oakwood Cemetery Board. He was elected a master farmer in 1934.
Survivors include two sons and one daughter, Franklin, Evansville, Wis., Morris, Ft. Atkinson, Wis., and Mrs. Roger (Elinor) Biddick, Livingston, Wis., 11 grandhcildren and two sisters, Mrs. Carrie Flett and Mrs. Eunice Bullamore, both of Somers. Funeral services will be held Monday July 11, at 2 pm in the Somers United Church of Christ. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the Somers United Church of Christ from 4 pm Sunday and until time of services on Monday.
