She is survived by her husband, Phil Becker, son Johnny Becker, daughters, Diann & Don Phillips, Joey & Stan Rossow; grandchildren: Phillip & Allison Becker, Glenn & Ann Becker, Summer Compton, Susie & Jason Lewis, Melinda & Scott Culak, Nicole & Jason Rasor, Jessica & Douglas Hendrick, Dinias & Wendy Phillips; 16 great-grandchildren, and numerous nephews and nieces; brother and sister-in-law, Ralph & Geraldine Ellis, brother-in-law, Douglas Becker, and sister-in-law, Dorothy Ellis.
Ruth was a very caring and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Ruth stood by her husband and family through all of the ups and downs of being a contractor's wife and a hunter's wife. Her devotion to God was recognized by all who knew her. She spent several years working in the Girl Scouts and later in life with the Rainbow Girls. She was a past Matron in the Eastern Star, and was a loved member of the Tarpley Baptist Church.
Her artistic hobbies through the years included ceramics and quilting. Many households are blessed with her gifts. She is in Heaven now greeting many family, friends, and daughter, Kathy, but her presence still lives on in our lives.
Interment: Tarpley Cemetery.
