William Herbert Duncan, aged 46, son of A. Ann Bell and the late Abner Grandy Duncan, died at his residence, K-3 East Manor Apartments, corner Core and Brandon avenues, yesterday afternoon. Mr. Duncan was a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk, and was sales manager for the Norfolk Coca-Cola Bottling Works. Besides his mother, Mrs. A. Ann Bell Duncan, he is survived by four sisters, Mrs. H.R. Wharton, of Norfolk; Mrs. Charles Barnum, of Minneapolis, and the Misses Elsie M. and Mae E. Duncan, both of Norfolk, and one brother, Charles A. Duncan, of Washington, D.C. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
