Hold Funeral Tomorrow
Mrs. Amanda Granger Resident of Mt. Morris Forty Years

Mt. Morris, Mich., May 26 - Mrs. Amanda Granger, who had been a resident of the village for the past forty years, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Stevens, yesterday. Mrs. Granger was the widow of Joseph Granger, a Civil War veteran, and was born in Sodus, N.Y., August 17th, 1845, coming to this village with her husband when Mt. Morris was actively engaged in the lumber trade. She had been a patient sufferer and her death has been expected for some time. She leaves beside the daughter with whom she made her home, one brother, John Balch, of this village. The funeral will be held Wednesday, May 27th, at 1 p.m., from the home, Rev. Robert Pattinson officiating.
