Two children died in childhood. The youngest, Clarence Lieurance was killed in France while in the service of his country.
In 1884 Mr. and Mrs. Lieurance moved to Kansas. Mr. Lieurance died in 1910.
On January 5, 1913 she was married to Wm. Cox.
Mrs. Cox was a member of the Rebekah Lodge for more than twenty years. Her life was rich in good deeds, ever a friend to all.
And through her sickness her pleasant smile and wonderful patience were ever a witness of her faith in Him who doeth all things well. She departed this life Monday afternoon April 12, 1920 at her home in Eureka.
Funeral services were held at the residence at 3 o'clock Tuesday April 13, 1920 conducted by Rev. P. Manntueh. Interment in Greenwood cemetery.
