She was united in marriage to Joseph Lieurance, July 30, 1882. To this union seven children were born, four of whom are left to mourn the loss of a loving mother. They are Mrs. Ethel Shorb of Oklahoma, Mrs. Grace Green and Mr. Hugh Lieurance of Kingman, Kansas, and Mrs. Cynthia Crawford of Eureka, Kansas, all of whom were at her bedside except Mrs. Shorb, who on account of serious illness in her own family, could no be present.

Two children died in childhood. The youngest, Clarence Lieurance was killed in France while in the service of his country.

In 1884 Mr. and Mrs. Lieurance moved to Kansas. Mr. Lieurance died in 1910.
