Albert Sidney Moomaw, age 93, of the Virginia Synod Lutheran Home, died Friday night in a Salem hospital. He was a member of the First Church of the Brethren and was retired from the Roy L Webber Florist. He was the son of the late William Price Moomaw and Lucinda Bowman Moomaw and was preceded in death by his wife, Lelia Watkins Moomaw. He is survived by two sons; Harold Signey Moomaw, Biglerville, Pa.; Thurston Styne Moomaw, Roanoke; two daughters, Mrs Carl M (Edna) Miller, Lexington; Mrs Howard A (Gene) Peery, Sr., Louisville, Ky.; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren. Burial in Sherwood Memorial Park
