Mrs. Frank Bailey Buried at Hartford
HARTFORD-Mrs. Frank (Edith) Bailey, 94, was buried in Pioneer cemetery Saturday, following funeral services at Lawton.
Mrs. Bailey, who had lived in Hartford township for many years died Jan. 4 at the Allegan Health center.
She and her husband, who survives her, celebrated their 67th wedding anniversary earlier this year.
Mrs. Bailey had been a member of the Christian church of Hartford, which was merged into the Federated church. She was a member of the Lawton Baptist church. The Rev. Robert Hewitt, pastor of that church, officiated at the services.
Other survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Howard (Grace) Witt, and two sons, Maurice Bailey and Meryl Bailey of California; 13 grandchildren, and 24 great-grandchildren.
