Mrs. Rose is survived by her husband, Fred Meitchen, of San Diego; one grandson, Dale Rose of San Diego; two grand-daughters. Donna Sue Glasier of San Diego, Deborah Braly of Bakersfield.
Mrs. Rose is preceded in death by sons, Don Rose in 1982, and George Steele in 1980.
