Mrs. Annie Gardner, wife of Ed Gardner, Mayfield banker, died at the Fuller Gilliam Hospital at 7:30 o'clock this morning. Mrs. Gardner who suffered a fractured hip in a fall at her home on May 19, died of a cerebral hemorrhage.

Funeral services will be held at St. Joseph's Church in Mayfield at 10 a.m. tomorrow with the Rev. Leo Kienes, pastor of St. Joseph's Church; rev. Edward Russell, pastor of St. Jerome church in Fancy Farm; the Rev. Albert Thomas, pastor of St. Francis de Sales Church in Paducah, and the Rev. Rudolph Carrico, pastor of the church of the Immaculate in Owensboro, officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park cemetery.

Besides her husband Mrs. Gardner leaves a sister, Mrs. Joe Blincoe, Fancy Farm, and a number of nieces and nephews. She was the daughter of the late W. B. and Julia Cash of Fancy Farm.

Pallbearers at the services tomorrow will be: Paul Carrico, Earl Cash, Albert Cash, Clarence Elliott, C. M. Rhodes and Bunk Gardner, Jr.

Please omit flowers.

The Altar Society of St. Joseph's church will meet at Roberts Funeral Home at 8:15 o'clock tonight to recite the rosary.

Friends may call at the Roberts Funeral Home until the hour of the services

MAYFIELD, Ky., June 3 -- Mrs. Annie Gardner, wife of Mayfield banker and financier Ed Gardner, died today.

Mrs. Gardner suffered a fractured hip May 19 and was admitted to
Fuller-Gllllam Hospital. Death came at 7:30 a. m. today and was attributed to a cerebral hemorrhage.

Her husband is president of First National Bank here and a prominent businessman.

Mrs. Gardner was the daughter of W. B. and Julia Cash of Fancy Farm.

Sister Survives
Besides her husband, she is survived by a sister, Mrs. Joe Blincoe of Fancy Farm and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church here. The Rev. Albert J. Thompson of Paducah, the Rev. Leo Deines of Mayfield, the Rev. Edward Russell of Fancy Farm and the Rev. Rudolph Carrico of Owensboro, will conduct the service.

Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery. The family has requested that no flowers be sent.
