Obituary:
Death of Mrs. Thomas Salvatore
15 Jul 1914 , Dayton, Washington
Mrs. Alice B. Salvatore, of this city, passed away yesterday at her home in the southern part of the city, aged 58 years, 1 month and 4 days. Several years ago she suffered a stroke of paralysis, from which she never recovered, being practically helpless ever since. She was one of the oldest residents of this section, and was a general favorite with all who knew her. Her first husband was named Archibald Bishop, who died many years ago. Several years ago she married Thomas Salvatore, who survives her. Besides her husband, three sisters, Mrs. F. McCown, Mrs. Addie Kennedy of Waitsburg, and Mrs. Phi Bishop of Irrigon, Oregon, and two brothers, Joseph and M.C. Walker, of Waitsburg, and son Roy Bishop, survive her. The funeral was held from the residence, Third and J. streets, Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock, Rev W.C. Gilmore officiating.
