Knight's home and presented him with a handsome picture of their group, in the center of which was Col. Knight. This picture, for many years, hung in the lobby of the Knight Hotel in Ashland. Jack was also a dance "caller" in Ashland. Jack moved to the Coria area where he and his family built homes. They farmed and worked in the woods, sawmills and other jobs. He worked at various jobs in the Ashland area until they moved to Highbridge in the early 1900's.
