Mrs. Hede is the eldest daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Henry W. Connell of Jacksonville, but had resided at Fort Neches for ten years. She died in a hospital in that city.
Mr. & Mrs. Connell are former citizens of Montgomery county. Friend and kinsmen will sadly recall that their daughter, Carolyn Connell, was killed by an auto April 12.
Beside her husband, C.E. Hede, she is survived by a daughter, Miss Marjorie Hede, 11 years of age, her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Conell, and five brothers and three sisters, together with a number of kinsmen in Montgomery county.
