DECATUR -- Nellie Mae Mathias, 85, of Decatur died 4:45 p.m. Sunday (Feb. 8, 1998) in St. Mary's Hospital.
Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Graceland/ Fairlawn Funeral Home with visitation one hour before services. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Memorials: Alzheimer's Association.
Mrs. Mathias was born in Tower Hill on Oct. 10, 1912, the daughter of Wiley and Lottie McKittrick Foor. She was of the Presbyterian faith. She married George Mathias on Oct. 5, 1932. He preceded her in death in May 1977.
Surviving are her daughter, Ethel Harney and husband Donald of Springfield; brothers, Paul Foor of Bradenton Beach, Fla.; Raymond Foor of Tower Hill; three grandsons; five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two brothers, two sisters and one grandson.
