Floyd Curtis Fields, 77, of Berryhill passed from this life Saturday, September 24, 2011 in Tulsa. He was born September 10, 1934 in Wagoner County the son of Elick and Beulah (Horton) Fields.

Floyd was a retired truck driver and a member of the Moose Lodge. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, camping and woodworking. He was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 6 brothers and 1 sister.

His survivors include his fiance, Grace Fholer of Tulsa; daughter, Wahdeana McElyea and husband, Kenny of Tulsa; sisters, Lou Dykes of Tulsa and Virginia Howard of Mannford; 2 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

A graveside service is scheduled for 2 pm, Tuesday, September 27, 2011 in Park Grove Cemetery in Broken Arrow. Arrangements are under the direction of Heath-Griffith Funeral Home.

The family requests flowers for Floyd's service be ordered through Sue's Westside Flower Garden, 6161 S. 33rd W. Ave, 918-446-0020.
